I have trained with many personal trainers over the years. I
appreciate Rob's knowledge of the body and his willingness to explain the reason for each exercise and the results I can expect to receive over time. Rob shows concern that I do my exercises correctly to maximize my results and to eliminate the possibility of injury or pain. I appreciate the fact that he is focused during our sessions and makes it a true one on one experience. Past trainers I have had spent too much time on their cell phone and talking to other trainers. That is not Rob's style. Rob is a professional.

I feel energized after my workouts and feel that the routines are varied so that I don't get bored. Rob seems to know my limits but safely encourages me to go beyond them to achieve the results I need.

I am very satisfied with my work-out results. My body is definitely leaner and my
muscle definition is much more evident. I have increased energy during the day and I sleep better at night. When I first started, Rob and I talked about what my goals were and how I needed to achieve them. I definitely see great results and owe Rob a lot of the credit.

The good thing about working out at Absolute Fitness is having my personal goals being monitored by a professional that understands my needs. The work out program is designed according to my necessities and always concerned to push my limits farther then I realize I can go.

I work out regularly and wasn't getting the results that I wanted. I found myself spending more time in the gym with no results. I was getting really frustrated and was at the end of my rope. Instead of quitting I decided to seek help. I decided to contact Absolute Fitness to help set me up on a program. My goal was to lower my body fat in anticipation for summer. I wanted a six-pack of abs by summer. Absolute Fitness set me up on a diet, cardiovascular, and weight training program. Right away I could tell a difference. In a matter of weeks I was able to cut my body fat in half. When I started I was at 15% body fat. When I finished I was at 6% body fat and lost over 16 pounds of fat while increasing my muscle mass. My goal was reached before summer and I couldn't be happier.

My goal is to get into good physical condition. After talking to friends and a little reading, my belief was with proper nutrition, cardio exercise, and weight training this was attainable. My only problem was I had never lifted a weight or been in a gym before.

I decided that I needed a little guidance to fit a exercise into my very busy schedule. I contacted Absolute Fitness to have them develop a diet, weight training program, and advise me on cardio exercise. We discussed what I was looking to accomplish and Absolute Fitness made a plan; which fit my goals and schedule. I was pleased by the fact that the program was personalized and kept in mind what I wanted to accomplish.

In three months I was able to reduce my body fat from 28% to 15%. That's a 13% decrease! In addition to decreasing my body fat I have more energy, feel better, look better, and have had a lot of compliments on my "new look".
Absolute Fitness was about as excited with my results as I was! I feel fortunate that I found a trainer with their knowledge and skill set which has allowed me to attain my goals.

Absolute Fitness set me up on a workout program so I could tone up. I didn't want to spend hours in the gym and see no results. They help put a program together that was individualized for me with my goal in mind.

I met my goal in two months. I lost 23 pounds and was really toned. I got a lot of compliments on how I look which encouraged me to stick with the program. I lost inches in my arms, hips and thighs.

After having my first baby I found myself 65 pounds heavier than I was before the pregnancy. I tried every fad diet on the market. I would lose a little bit of weight but it wouldn't last very long. I did this for months.

On my child's first birthday I was still 65 pounds heavier than before my pregnancy. I was eating less, walking and still nothing was happening. I had bought so many diets, magazines, books, and anything else I thought would help.

I finally had to get professional help. I turned to Absolute Fitness to help me. I was really surprised how helpful they were. They asked me what my goals were, my current eating, and workout habits.
Absolute Fitness put together a workout plan that included an eating program. At first I was a little hesitant because it was so much more food than I had been previously eating. I gave it a go and was really happy. The first thing I noticed was the increase in my energy levels. I found myself keeping up with my child!

After six months of eating and working out I finally met my goal of losing the unwanted 65 pounds. I was back to my original weight. I continue to follow the workout and diet plan that Absolute Fitness put together for me. It is now a year later and I have not gained any weight back and have kept every ounce off.

I have and would recommend Absolute Fitness to anyone who wants to lose weight and get into better shape. They don't just tell you what to do they educate you so you can learn and make fitness decisions on you own.

Joe lost 56 lbs.

In late August I found myself taking on a new position at work. The job is a lot less demanding physically and through the ensuring months I found myself gaining some unwanted weight. By December I found myself at the heaviest I have ever been, tipping the scale at 232 lbs.

At the beginning of the year Absolute Fitness put me on a program and the results were immediate. I stuck with the program and they continued to fine-tune it whenever needed.

What an improvement. I now weight 176 lbs.! I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, my chest, shoulders, triceps, back and biceps have more muscle definition than I have ever had. When I first started to workout my goals where to gain weight and increase my strength. Another goal was to weigh around 160 pounds by the end of the year. At my height of 5’11” I consider myself to be underweight.

After working with Absolute Fitness for three months I had met the goal I had set for the entire year! I was amazed and extremely happy. Before working with Absolute Fitness I could barely bench-press 135 pounds. Today I can bench-press 300 pounds with good form.

I have been struggling with my weight for over six year. I never really committed myself to an exercise program, but I would do the “fad” diet thing. A year ago I decided to lose weight for me. I did not set a time, nor did I jump on the first fad diet that was being advertised. I simply decided to cut back on what I was eating and exercise. I have gone from 283 to 236 pounds. Once I reached that weight, it seemed like my body stopped. I was still working out and cutting back, but the weight stopped coming off. I was at my wit’s end. I was down to eating next to nothing, and workings out like a mad woman and I could not loose anymore weight. In November I started working out at Absolute Fitness. They started me on a weight training program and educated me on what in needed to do as far as my eating patterns. Needless to say, I have lost 36 pounds and more importantly to me is that I have gone down to a size 14 dress size.

I started exercising because I was getting fatter and fatter and my clothes were getting tighter and tighter. My clothes are already in the double digits so I figured I better do something now before they go to the mid-double digits.
