Our customer service phone number is 1-561-732-8680, business hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST Monday through Friday.


IMPORTANT: Please be advised that certain items (such as energy bars) can melt if left outside in the heat. If you will not be available to receive your package(s), please leave instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbor's house, or not to deliver if no one is home. We take every precaution to make sure that all of our products are shipped in fresh condition, and all of our products are stored in a climate-controlled warehouse. We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.


Return Policies

RETURNS - For any item(s) you wish to return, please call Absolute-Fitness.net at 1-561-732-8680 within four business days of receipt of the product. The item(s) must be returned at customer expense unless it is Absolute-Fitness.net error and must be unopened and undamaged for a credit to be issued. Please contact us at 1-561-732-8680 during our normal business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST Monday through Friday) for a Return Number prior to returning any merchandise. Please have your order number and the item description ready when you call. A valid Return number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. Return numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days past the date of issue of the RMA number, no returns are accepted. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package. Credit will not be issued for any opened or damaged merchandise. Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded. We recommend that you pack the items carefully and insure the package, as any items lost or damaged in shipping cannot be refunded. If you elect to use USPS for your return, the package must have Delivery Confirmation or we cannot guarantee that your items will be credited. All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. DAMAGED ITEMS - (U.S. Orders) Merchandise damaged during shipment must be reported to Absolute-Fitness.net 1-561-732-8680 within 1 day of receipt. Please call us during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST) to notify us of any damaged items. Please have your order number and the item description ready when you call. We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s) and either send you a replacement order or issue you a credit for the cost of any of the merchandise that is confirmed to be damaged. If your item(s) are being credited, a full credit for the damaged item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package.

ERRORS - We make every attempt to send you what you order. In the rare occasion that you receive an item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void your right to return it. Merchandise sent to a customer in error must be reported within 2 days of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement, etc.).

Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days after receiving the items. This information is only used to fulfill your order or contact you when it is absolutely necessary. Under NO circumstances will Absolute-Fitness.net give out or sell your personal information to third parties.

Any information you provide us will be used for internal purposes only. Information may be used for statistical purposes, and Absolute-Fitness.net will sometimes perform analyses of user behavior in order to measure customer interest at various areas of our site. The results of these analyses will never be disclosed or sold to any third parties in any way, shape, or form. You may receive periodic e-mails about new products or special promotions offered at Absolute-Fitness.net, but only at your request.

Shipping Policy
As long as we have the products in stock, your order will ship in 24-48 hours. All orders for in-stock items received before 10AM PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 10AM PST will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays will ship the next business day. In most cases it will take 2-7 business days (from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day you order) for packages to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT business days. Temporary backorders may delay shipments by 1-2 days. Large orders may take 1 additional business day to process. When calculating your transit time, please do not include the day your order is shipped (or the day UPS or USPS picks up your package from our warehouse).
